If you are a California resident, this notice supplements our general Privacy Policy and describes the categories of personal information we collect, the purposes for which we use it, and the rights you have under California law.

- Internet activity: IP address and user-agent string captured in standard server logs (30-day retention).

- Honouring unsubscribe requests.
- Operating, securing, and improving the site.
Sale and sharing of personal information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We have not done so in the preceding 12 months.
Your California rights
- Right to know: the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
- Right to delete: request deletion of personal information we have collected about you (with limited exceptions, e.g. we must retain unsubscribe records to honour your opt-out).
- Right to correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information: we do not collect sensitive personal information as defined under the CPRA.
- Right to non-discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of the above rights.
How to submit a request
Submit a California Privacy Request via our contact form with the subject "California Privacy Request". We will verify your identity by responding to your request from the email address on file and may ask for additional information to confirm the request is genuine.
Authorized agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. Please include written authorization with the request.
Response time
We will acknowledge requests within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 calendar days (extendable by an additional 45 days where reasonably necessary, with notice).
